Stored for your workspace

Netlify Identity manages your email, password and sign-in session. Our hosted database stores membership, category-level advice, frozen baseline estimates, reported outcomes, costs and audit events. Raw task text is processed but not stored. Administrators see team records; members see their own.

Cross-provider version

The free file check stays in browser memory; it does not upload or persist the file. Opt-in recorder ingestion stores selected token counts, model/provider identifiers, rates, timestamps and latency in your team’s hosted database. It excludes prompt content and provider credentials. The recorded usage is not independently verified against provider billing.

Not connected

No provider billing credentials, payments or automatic chat monitoring. Netlify Identity sends account confirmation and recovery emails. The advisor makes no paid AI calls.

Evidence

Frozen estimates are counterfactuals, not bills. Manual costs are not independently verified. Missing costs stay missing. Extra costs count against estimated benefits. No pilot fees are collected, including after 30 days.

Access

Sign out to clear your browser session. Team administrators can revoke recorder tokens in the Across-AI view. The hosted ChatGPT connection is not activated. Account deletion and the support contact are still being prepared; use synthetic or non-sensitive data during this pilot.
